Windows Pre-install Microsoft

A consumer organizations filed a class action going against Microsoft. They felt manipulated by the software of Windows pre-installed in new computers sold.
Digawangi movement by consumer agencies named ADUC (Association for the Rights of Users and Consumers) is fighting for compensation for some customers in Italy who feel harmed by the presence of Windows software pre-installed on their computers.
the consumer does not want to acknowledge to the Windows software pre-installed, but they felt ‘forced’ to buy in their new PC.
“Because there are a number of users involved and the importance of issues related to the free market, we decided to take legal action against Microsoft,” said Vincenzo Donvito, Chairman ADUC.
The lawsuit will be filed in the court of Florence. ADUC itself is a hard-working group fighting for the rights of consumers, especially those associated with television, telephone and internet.
